Our Principal, Robin Tilbrook is a senior and experienced solicitor with wide-ranging experience in High Court, County Court, and Employment Tribunal work.
After many years practice as a solicitor specialising in Civil Litigation in substantial "High Street" firms of solicitors, our principal is acutely conscious that civil litigation in this country is being increasingly seen by the public as unduly costly and cumbersome. It is with this in mind that our firm works towards the ideal of speedy and cost-effective litigation with a view to securing the best results for our clients.
We thus try to keep overheads to a minimum and, for example, do not maintain a receptionist. Your telephone calls will either be answered by me, my secretarial assistant or an answer phone. If the latter, please do leave your message and I shall ring you back as soon as possible.
We also aim to be more approachable than is perhaps traditional for solicitors, thus, we will visit you whenever necessary and reasonably convenient rather than you having to put yourself to the trouble of visiting us!
I also hope that you will let me know both whether you feel that we are doing a good job for you and if there are any areas in which we could improve our service to you.
I shall, of course, have day-to-day conduct of your case and shall seek to deal with the matter as expeditiously as appropriate given the limitations of the nature of your case and of the court system itself.
